A long overdue update

I left this blog alone for so long!  but im back and ready to start posting more.  I have lost only 5 lbs since november, a continuing cycle of weight gain and loss….im FED UP with this.

Wow…

so…I havent really done ANYTHING for the past week or so.  I did that super hyrdation thing for a day, but then i got lazy and stopped. 

Thus, as thanksgiving approaches, it is obvously diet-BREAK time.  Since I’m a veggie, no turkey for me :) , but I am trying to get my mom to get a tofu one.  We’ll see how that goes.

 

Well anyways, I wish a wonderful thanksgiving to ALL my faithgful readers ( aka some internet robots )

My reform movement is going…OK rite now.  I am still pretty much eating freely and not looking at calorie intake etc.  It all seems like too much work.  However, I will trying a new method of losing weight or perhaps, simply increasing my overall health.  Usually I drink about 1.5 glasses of water everyday, excluding juices and soda.  I want to see what happens if I change this habit and increase my consumption to 8-10 glasses a day.  Obviously, I can hypothesize that ill be peeing much more :-p, but I wonder what will happen to my overall health and energy.  I may even lose some weight considering h20 makes you feel full, and I may eat less. 

 Thats all for today, im pretty lazy so dont expect me to start some vigorous low carb thing.  So today, 11/13/05 marks the beginning of my self-created H20 Diet.  If i have success, maybe i will write a book and make millions!

My new blog…

Hey guys,

I have decided to leave my blogger.com diet journal and move to this mydietblogger.com thing. I like the overal feel and use of this so im on it now.

I’m 17 years old and used to be athletic during my younger years. I actually have a black belt in karate but stopped in 1999. Thus, over the past 6 years, I have sat around and gotten fat. I currently weigh 165 lbs at heigh tof 5′11″ . Im not noticeably fat, its just that I am beginning to form a belly and fat rolls. Therefore, starting 11/10/05, I will be reforming my food consumption habits in order to move to 155 lbs and gain some muscle at the same time.

I call this “reforming” rather than “dieting” because I am not excessively fat to the point where I need to diet and I am a guy so I dont care that much :) . However, I want to stay slightly in shape so I am going on this short journey to lose about 10lbs.

Thats about it for my first post. I am going to use this blog to track my progress as often as I can and will post some pics if I have time.
