Hey guys,
I have decided to leave my blogger.com diet journal and move to this mydietblogger.com thing. I like the overal feel and use of this so im on it now.
I’m 17 years old and used to be athletic during my younger years. I actually have a black belt in karate but stopped in 1999. Thus, over the past 6 years, I have sat around and gotten fat. I currently weigh 165 lbs at heigh tof 5′11″ . Im not noticeably fat, its just that I am beginning to form a belly and fat rolls. Therefore, starting 11/10/05, I will be reforming my food consumption habits in order to move to 155 lbs and gain some muscle at the same time.
I call this “reforming” rather than “dieting” because I am not excessively fat to the point where I need to diet and I am a guy so I dont care that much
. However, I want to stay slightly in shape so I am going on this short journey to lose about 10lbs.
Thats about it for my first post. I am going to use this blog to track my progress as often as I can and will post some pics if I have time.
